Your site must follow the page provider's (Eg. FortuneCity) guidelines. This includes no adult material, swearing etc.

It must have content. 

It must not have any broken links or graphics or MIDI etc. 

I must like it but don't worry, I like most sites. I don't like sites if they break the rules set above! 

and the special rule for the Nickville Excellence in HTML award (all the rules above also apply to the Excellence in HTML awards)-

Your site must have excellent layout/design in HTML. Just because your site has a lot of graphics does not mean it will necessarily win.

Your site and e-mail will be listed under your specialty area/s so that people can contact you if they need help. You must not be rude to anyone that asks you for help, or otherwise you will be removed from the club. Your site must follow the guidelines set for the Key to Nickville award (you will automatically win it just for joining!)
